-Warranty: Manufacturer warranty applies. Contact LOYAL for support. Normal wear, misuse, modifications, abuse, accidents, environmental damage, improper storage, or unauthorized repairs are not covered.
-Prices are in USD and subject to change until deposit is received.
-Drums are listed as DEPTH x DIAMETER.
-Production begins after signed quote, 50% non-refundable deposit, and final approval of all specifications/artwork.
-Estimated turnaround times are approximate.
-Remaining balance is due before shipment unless otherwise agreed.
-Shipping, freight, taxes, duties, VAT, brokerage fees and import charges are the responsibility of the customer unless specifically included.
-International customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes.
-Changes after approval may result in additional charges and extended lead times.
-Natural wood, wrap seams and handcrafted finishes will vary slightly and are part of the character of a custom instrument.
-LOYAL reserves the right to photograph completed instruments for marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing.
-Pricing is subject to correction in the event of clerical, calculation, supplier, or material pricing errors.
-Production timelines begin only after all required items have been received.
-Remaining balance must be paid before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to submit final payment within thirty (30) days of notification may result in: storage fees, cancellation of the order, forfeiture of the deposit, resale of the completed instrument
-Every LOYAL drum is individually handcrafted. Natural variations are expected and are not defects. Examples include: wood grain, finish depth, stain absorption, wrap seams, metal plating, bearing edge, minor cosmetic variation, color variation.
- Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed. If matching an existing drum or finish, customer must notify LOYAL before production. Previously built drums may naturally change color over time.
-LOYAL is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.
-Customer confirms they own or have permission to reproduce all submitted artwork. Customer agrees to indemnify LOYAL against claims arising from unauthorized artwork.
-Unless otherwise agreed in writing, LOYAL reserves the right to photograph, film, and publicly display completed instruments and the production process for marketing, educational, and promotional purposes.
-Risk of loss transfers to the carrier upon shipment. If damage occurs: Customer must notify LOYAL within 48 hours. Retain all packaging. Photograph all damage before opening further.LOYAL will assist with freight claims whenever possible.
-Customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Returned shipments resulting from incorrect addresses or refused delivery are subject to additional freight charges.
-LOYAL's maximum liability shall never exceed the purchase price of the instrument. LOYAL shall not be liable for consequential, incidental, indirect, or lost-profit damages.
-Limited finish variation disclaimer: Photographs, renderings, and digital mockups are representations and final appearance may vary.
-Electronic communications clause: Email approval of specs or artwork constitutes written approval.
