1. SPONSOR
This giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Loyal to the Craft LLC (“Sponsor”).

2. ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, affiliates, immediate family members, and household members of Sponsor are not eligible to enter or win.
Void where prohibited by law.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins on the first day of the applicable festival activation and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the final festival date (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Entries submitted outside the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER
Participants may enter by scanning the official QR code and completing the entry form, including:

Entrants must also:
Follow @loyaltothecraft on the designated social media platform(s)
Agree to receive marketing and promotional emails from Loyal to the Craft

Limit one (1) entry per person/email address during the Sweepstakes Period. Duplicate or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.

No purchase, payment, or donation is required to enter or win.

5. ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE)
To enter without following social media accounts or subscribing to marketing emails, send an email during the Sweepstakes Period to:

Mail-in or email AMOE entries will receive equal odds of winning.

6. PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive:
One (1) LOYAL Snare Drum
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,500 USD

Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes.

7. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Winner will be notified via email and/or direct message within approximately fourteen (14) days after the Sweepstakes Period ends.

If the selected winner:
cannot be contacted,
fails to respond within seven (7) days,is found ineligible, or
fails to complete required documentation,
Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

8. PUBLICITY RELEASE
By entering, entrants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, social handle, city/state, photographs, and submitted content for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. EMAIL MARKETING & PRIVACY
By entering, participants agree to receive marketing emails and communications from Loyal to the Craft & Woodies Drum Sticks. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time through the unsubscribe link included in emails.
Personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy practices and solely for administration, marketing, and promotional purposes.
Sponsor will not sell entrant personal information to third parties.
California residents may have additional privacy rights under applicable California law.

10. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Vans Warped Tour, participating venues, affiliated brands, artists, employees, contractors, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or injuries arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of the prize.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.

12. GOVERNING LAW
This Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X/Twitter, or any other social media platform.

15. TAXES
Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize.
If the value of the prize awarded equals or exceeds the applicable IRS reporting threshold, Sponsor may issue the winner an IRS Form 1099-MISC or other applicable tax form for the fair market value of the prize, as required by law.
As a condition of receiving the prize, winner may be required to complete and return a W-9 tax form and provide any additional information necessary for tax reporting purposes.
Failure to provide required tax documentation may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.
